Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride: Castlemaine 2026
By Darren Eger The 2026 Castlemaine Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride (DGR) took place on Sunday, May 17, 2026. Over 100 local riders dressed in dapper attire gathered at the Castlemaine RSL to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men's mental health. Motorcycle journalist and organiser, Brian Rix remained optimistic as news came through that wet weather across Victoria, had caused the cancellation of a number of other DGRs. March 2026 proved to be a particularly rewarding month for Psychs on Bikes, as a fortunate alignment of dates allowed us to attend not one, but two major motorcycle events in a single four-day journey.
